Turtle Beach

We cruised down North Shore with Mark, Natalie and Dax and decided to stop and check out Turtle Beach. There is always loads of turtles just wading in the water or beaching on the shore like Nalukai. 

A quick fun facts about one of these turtles. . . 

Nalukai is a Hawaiian name meaning "The one who has endured the storms of life."

 This guy is approximately 40 years old supposedly and weighs 200 lbs. 

They distinguish him by his left rear flipper because it is shorter than his others due to a 2004 shark attack. 

We really wanted to keep one! P.s. don't mind Cam's VANS on the freakin BEACH. We're in the process of finding him some slips.

 We made our way to Halewa, a cute little town on North Shore. Where we kicked it on a beach, played some volleyball and juggling games, and watched a beautiful sunset.

If only you could see this dude in the background better, he was quality. 

It's so hard for us to be serious. 

Finally, we ended the night with a great Costco run. We've been runnin on mainly yogurt, apples, bananas, and granola bars these past few days. So, we loaded up on groceries to last us hopefully quite some time. We love us some Costco :)
